I learned how to choose my words carefully, and how to speak truth and positivity into my life. How to stand firm in my newfound wisdom. I no longer allowed toxic people to break me down. I found power and strength in Being Still, knowing that my peace and self-worth were unshakable. As a survivor of emotional abuse, I now walk with resilience and a deep sense of self-awareness.
